Kraymorie Plots (Municipality of Bourgas, Bulgaria)
Two First Line Plots (approx. 6,000 m² and 3,000 m², see maps) on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast in Kraymorie, Bourgas
Location: Kraymorie is about 10 km from the center of Bourgas. The municipality of Bourgas decided some years ago to regulate about 4,500,000 m² of land in Kraymorie because of acute shortage of residential land in Bourgas (pop. 250,000).
The entire area is in regulation now.
The 6,000 m² plot is about 150 m away from the beach and the 3,000 m² plot is directly on the water front above a small beach.
