Wooden villa of 190 m² located at beautiful mountain area of Gorski Kotar, only 45 min drive from top sea tourist destinations Opatija, island Krk and Crikvenica, and 45 min from Zagreb airport.
Begovo Razdolje is a small village suited 1100 meters above sea level (this is the highest populated village in Croatia). It is in the middle of picturesque mountains, forest and grasslands walk ways, the silence of centennial forests , wildlife, wild berries fruits and organic food.
The property is in very center and the village’s most attractive area, consisting of wooden villa, separate garage and surrounding lot of 2300 ².
Just opposite of the property is located the terrain with ski lift. Very close there are other two ski resorts –Mrkopalj - 5 km and Platak 25 - km.
The house, made by wooden logs, is consisting of open space ground floor with separate toilet, three bedrooms and large bathroom are located on the upper floor. There is, also a large basement bellow. The house heating is very efficient by means of fire place installed at center of living space, however central heating is installed as well.
