Villa was built in the1902. and it was designed by the well known Austrian architect.
It consists of the ground floor where is a big living room (saloon), exit to the garden, kitchen and a bathroom. To the first floor leads stone made staircase with a wrought steel fence where are two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.
On the second floor are three bedrooms.
The yard of the Villa is well maintained and it has palm trees, oak trees and mainly Mediterranean plants planted there.
