The villa is located at a small village Broumovice.

Votice is a big city 2 km far away with many supermarkets, cinema, restaurants and pubs, post office, schools, church, saights, bus and train stations etc.
Broumovice is 3 km away from the highway (Prague - Česke Budějovice - Linz).
There is a skiing center Moninec 22 km far away and close to the land is also a sport area.
Vlčkovice Forest is a protected area and it is 1 km far - great for camping, making events, doing sports etc.
The closest castle is Šelmberk Castle with herbs garden and awesome camp for children (15 km far).
