For sale - Konuvere manor and estate on the south shore of the Vigala river in Märjamaa parish, Rapla county.

Originally named Konofer, the estate was first mentioned in 1563. A single story, Classical style manor house, the main building was constructed in it’s current form in 1810 by the Rennenkampff family. The family had other similar estates in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The estate consists of the main building (684,1 m²), a support building (253 m²), ice cellar (178,2 m²), the manor park with three ponds and agricultural land.

The basement floor of the main building houses a small kitchen, a sauna with washing room, supporting rooms, four bedrooms, heating room, storage room and a staircase. The main floor of the building houses the lobby, separate male/female toilets, a wardrobe, three large halls, a bedroom, kitchen, two storage rooms, one small and one big dining room. The third floor of the building is currently unfinished but has planned space for ten bedrooms with toilets, a resting room, dining room, two storage rooms, and a washing room.

The main floor has high (4m) ceilings with hand painted decorations. The building still has it’s original, historical windows, the floors and doors have been fully renovated. The interior of the building is generally in Classicistic style, the big dining room and the main hall are in Art Deco / Jugend architectural style. The building also maintains it’s historical large stoves, four have been fully renovated along with a baking oven and a cooking stove.

The building has been outfitted with a modern ground source heat pump solution and a wood gasification boiler. These heating solutions enable the manor to be livable year round and help keep the heating costs extremely low.

A large, 253 square meter support building was constructed in 2005. The building has stables for 5 horses, a saddle room with a kitchen and a hay storage in the attic. Additionally there is a storage room, a heated workshop and three guest rooms.

The estate has a total of 22,95 hectares of land that consists of a 4,2-hectare manor park with three ponds, the rest is agricultural land.

The estate and the manor house are situated in a very beautiful and private location, suitable for anyone who appreciates the nature and history of Estonia. The location is also good for fishing and hunting.

In addition, the estate has great opportunities for building a golf course and a fish farm with springs running throughout the estate. A truly unique attraction is a natural artesian well that pumps a litre of water every second from a depth of 65 metres.

The location also has great connections with only 50 km distance from Pärnu and 77 km from Tallinn, travelling by the Via Baltika highway.
