Uniquely designed modern, bright and spacious detached house.

The architecture of the house combines the traditional and modern design models. Using modern way of alternating upstair or downstair great plastered walls inside or outside the wall line, combined with big traditional black tile roof that stitches all the wall lines below together, the house has extreamly beatiful and ambitious look. Due to the huge amount of window surface, the interior is particularly bright and spacious. Most of the windows face the large terraces to the west, with no adjoining houses interfering with privacy. The large house, the garage and the terrace area with canopy/shelter all follow a uniform modern scandinavian desing, creating an impressive whole. A large plot with plantations, playgrounds and game areas complete the magnificent complex.

The interior of the house is fresh, spacious and bright and follows a uniform Scandinavian stylized line. There are many different routes to move between different areas of the house. All the large living areas of the house (downstairs living room + kitchen + living room with fireplace, upstairs lobby, west two-story terrace complex) are designed with views from one to each other. This gives a particularly impressive experience when the house is full of visitors for example at parties.

Exterior doors at all four corners of the downstairs provide both seamless movement between versatile indoor and outdoor spaces and exceptional fire safety. The upstairs exit routes are also very versatile. In addition to the standard interior stairs, the two roof terraces and three external doors upstairs provide access to the outdoor stairs leading to the west facing huge patio areas directly onto the hot tub and barbecue shed.

Despite the large size, electricity bills for the house have not been dizzy, even in severe freezing temperatures. The house has an energy efficient ground-source heat pump pumping heat from the drill well, excellent heat recovery from the ventilation, energy efficient home appliances and built-in LED luminaires built into every room with adjustable levels of light intensity. However, each room is left with the option of installing separate ceiling lamps.

The Pirttiniemi area is diverse and comfortable. The lake Kallavesi is two hundred meters away in two directions. Lakeside alternating with jogging paths and small, refreshing forest areas, and at the tip of the headland a minute walk from the house, there is a brand new playground, barbecue house and swimming beach.
