The house is located in the residential area of Sxinias, near Marathon. Its plot is 240 sqm and it is near the sandy beach of Sxinias, which is under protection of the International program "Nature." It is about 35 minutes from the Athens International airport and 20 minutes from the nearest port, Rafina.
The village of Marathon ,5 minutes drive, has supermarkets, banks, post office and shops for the daily needs. The town of Nea Makri ,10 minute drive, has cinemas, restaurants ,bars and all kinds of shops.
The beach of Sxinias is a 3 minute drive. It is accessible by bicycle or by foot also. It is the most clean sea of Attica with a unique pine forest. It combines tranquility and calm sea with organized infrastructure for swimming and water sports. The Rowing athletic center, constructed for the Olympic Games of 2004, is in walking distance. It is one of the three certified centers for training in Europe.
The house consists of 3 floors and it is built in a modern style with concrete exterior walls and ceilings.
Energy saving window glass panels and frames were used. There are separate air condition units at the bedrooms and at the living room. There is also a heat pump for central heating ,with radiators, and for the hot water as well as a solar boiler. Complete alarm system, intercom in every floor, electric shutters, led lighting, network and phone cables, oven, fridge and various kitchen appliances and utencils are also included. The house is fully furnished.
The ground floor consists of the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. It has a terrace with view on its garden. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The bedrooms have their private balconies. The top floor consists of a master bedroom, with its bathroom, that can also serve as a perfect guest room with privacy. There is also a terrace with great view.
