I own 3 villas in a land plot of roughly 4000sq meters. Built on top of a small hill providing stunning view on both sea and mountain while it's surrounded by a pine forrest.
Each villas is approx 110 sq m and has 1double bedroom and 1 single along with a bathroom on the top floor which is connected with a marble built interior stair. Each bedroom has access to a huge terrace. On ground floor there is a huge living room with a built in stone-marble fireplace,a dinning area,a bathroom and a fully open faced equipped kitchen along with a balcony door which give acces to the main terrace and huge windows making the space really bright. The floor is covered with white ceramic tiles. On the main terrace there is a built in BBQ and lots lots of space.
Each villa has also a semi basement that is connected to the main area again with a marble built stair but has also a separate entrance. The semi basement is huge and can be used to accommodate guests. There is also a storage area and a boiler room.
Each villa has it's own central heating system, a boiler but also a solar boiler that provides hot water almost all year long for free.
I'm looking to sell all 3 of them as a package but I could consider individually as well. In the second case each bill will come with approx 1000sq m of land.
The closest beach is 10 mins walk away, however there are at least 3 more within a 5 to 15 min drive. The closest shop for groceries etc is 10 min walk as well.
There are only 4 or 5 other houses around occupied by wealthy professionals only.
There are plenty of activities in the area such as water ski,parachuting,hiking,climbing and hunting societies. Furthermore there is a winter ski resort within 30 mins drive.
The location of the villas will allow the investor to live peacefully all year long but also it's only 1 hour and 15 mins drive from Athens central and the Eleftherios Venizelos airport. Furthermore you can visit the entire island within a max 1.5 hour drive to each direction.
My asking price is 300000euros for each villa or 850000 euros for the entire lot.
Recently there was a new law, which allows non EEA investors to gain a 5 year resident permit from the Greek government allowing them and their family to travel within shengen without a need for a Visa as long as they invest a min of 250000 in a property in Greece.
As far as I know the solicitors in Greece charge an approx of 1.5% of the property value which is paid by the buyer.
I will personally help any interested investor to settle and deal with the bureaucracy.
