The house in located 12 km from the city of Volos, with unlimited view to the city of Volos, the Pagasitikos gulf and the historically known mountain of Centaurs, Pelion.
Volos is one of the most famous cities in Greece and is one of the first choices for living and holiday. Apart from the beautiful city of Volos the amazing islands of Skiathos, Skopelos, and Allonisos are accessible!
The house is a part of a 1280m2 land with unlimited view.
The surface of the house is 565m2 and it is unfolded in 4 floors as following:
• Ground floor 130m2: there is a 3 position garage for cars, a boiler room, a central heating burner, a power generator and water tanks of 8m3.
• 1st floor: 150m2 apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and a lounge. There is an extra independent room with separate W.C. as well.
• 2nd floor: main entrance of the house with a big lounge, a big dining room for 12 people, two sitting rooms a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a big balcony with a perfect view. This floor surface is 155m2.
• 3rd floor: there we can find 3 bedrooms. All with balconies and the main one with a big separate bathroom. The total surface of this floor is 130m2.
• Attic. It can be used as a storeroom.
All floors of the house have unlimited view to the city of Volos and mountain Pelion, to the land where the house is. They are all connected by stairs and by an elevator.

In the upper level there is a kiosk of 80m2 with a marble dining table for 12 people, big couches and a kitchen with BBQ, and a 300m2 space paved with tiles.
In the middle lever there is a swimming pool of 60m2 and a garden.
In the lower level we can find a garden with 3 big palm trees, trees and flowers.
The land is surrounded by a wall decorated with rocks that have a perfect harmony with the environment.
The house is 12 years old, in excellent condition, with luxurious interior and it was built under the supervision of its owners, and they are the inhabitants since then.
There is security system installed and a contract with a security company, although there was no incident so far.
