Close enough to get anywhere in the center within 15-25 minutes but far enough to keep a comfortable distance from the crowd of the night-life in the city. The apartment is 2 Kilometers far from the Danube and the core-center of the city. It is placed on the top floor of the building having a nice view over the city to the east (entire Pest side). The windows are facing to the East. The utilities are lower than average and every kind of facilities can be found nearby.
