Il Metato is close to the spa town of Bagni di Lucca in a pretty village in Northern Tuscany. The property is conveniently located only 56km from Pisa as well as being close to the famous and beautiful city of Lucca (29 km). The medieval village is sets 560 metres high in the beautiful, green and still unspoilt valley of the Lima river offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The Val di Lima is renowned for its temperate climate, long hot summers and beautifully wooded hills and valleys burgeoning with lemons, olives, fruits and chestnuts.
