The property consists of a main house (ex mill), a barn, a dependance and a stone annex currently used as a pump
house for the swimming pool. There is another, more distance barn, to be restored.
The Mill was built in 1832 and extended in 1932.
The main entrance is on the ground floor into the large kitchen, off the kitchen there are accessory rooms which
have the old mill equipment almost “on show”..
There is a double oven.
Upstairs, the house has been designed into two suites, each with a large entrance room/sitting room, a large
bathroom and two bedrooms.
The first floor has access to a large balcony that overlooks the river and the pool.
This floor also has a massive sitting room with fireplace that would be able to accomodate every guest in the
house.
The second floor has another suite of two bedrooms, bathroom and sitting room as well as the owner’s private
bedroom suite with its walk-in closet and large bathroom. This floor has access to a terrace that overlooks
both the river and the Azalea garden.
The chestnut drying shed is of double height and has been made into a large games room. The pool is a 10 x 5
heated pool. The pump room is a large, walk-in stone out-building with a bathroom and WC..
The annex is again a double height structure with a kitchenette, sitting room, bathroom and a bedroom. Most
of the furnishings are included in the price.
