Location

Buonconvento, in the heart of the Val d'Orcia valley, is one of the most common characteristic of the south of Siena, which is distinguished not only for its city fortification wall, which has remained unchanged for centuries but also for the beautiful and perfectly preserved Old Town. The property is located close to major centers such as Chiusure, Monte Oliveto and Montalcino, which are in fact less than 25Km far.

On the ground floor there are 13 rooms of various sizes, some with beamed ceilings, others have vaulted ones; the first floor is connected via 2 external stairs and consists of 6 rooms.

At about 150 meters there is a brick outbuilding which consists of 2 large rooms and 4 smaller rooms, all set on one level.

The land amounts to about 3 ha, partly arable, partly woodland; the garden, where there also is a beautiful and ancient well with travertine base, is completely to be created.

State and finishes

All the buildings are made of brickwork and differ in part depending on the time of construction; the floors of both the ground floor and the first floor are fully tiled with terra-cotta, while the ceilings are made of old beams, bricks and joists.
