The villa is situated in a typical BORGO famous for "Exhibition of ancient camellias of Lucca" and it is denoted as the most important residence of the zone.
The building dates back to the eighteenth century and it was rebuilt during the past centuries. Currently it is in an old style that incorporates local traditions enriching classical elements.

The villa is situated on the south hills of Capannori.
The services are near the house because the villa is in the center of the village.
