Tuscan valley, among hundred-year old chestnuts and thousand colours fantasy of
cultivated fields.
The farmhouse consist of on the ground floor entrance hall, dining room with
fireplace, kitchen, storeroom, w.c., bedroom with bathroom; on the first floor large
and panoramic hallway, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 1+1 bedroom and
bathroom.
On the basement a large store-room, one room used to food tasting and shop, bathroom and cellar.
The small dependance consist of a large bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is even a common room with games and books. On the outside the children games
area, the route in the wood for archery and the wide swimming pool (6x12 meters).
Morover there is an old barn to be restored and land for about 10 hectares.
In the farm They produce IGP Garfagnana wheat, called "Formenton Otto File",
chestnuts, local bean varieties, as well as vegetables and fruits: various varieties,
aim at farmhouse demand.
It is in a strategically fortunate position in the Garfagnana region of north
Tuscany.
It is an ideal base to explore this area and beyond.
