The main house consists of on the ground floor an open plan living room, with the stairs leading out of it.
The other downstairs room is the main bathroom. This room is large, with a bath and a shower over it.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite with a shower.
The annesso has the kitchen downstairs, with one door to the terrace and another into the
little loggia.
There is an external staircase to the side of the anneso that leads to another
bedroom upstairs.
All of this building is finished in t he same way, fully restored with the
cotto floors and new beams downstairs, and with heating.
The overall area of land is 1820 sq.m., including the large area of land (on a hill) across the road.
The house was completely renovated inside - new floors (handmade cotto tiles) new beams holding
up the first floor, new wiring, new plumbing, new internal and external doors, new fireplace
with a stove fitted, new stairs, new kitchen. The walls are all replastered and painted.
The outside is also repainted.
