The estate is located in the town of Gubbio, 15 minutes from the city center and 25km from Perugia and its airport. From the main road connecting the two centers (Eugubina) we head towards the town Santa Cristina, rich in estates and farms, among which those of Dario Fo and Luca Ronconi.
Location
Monte Urbino is a place surrounded by greenery of the city of Gubbio, which is is about half an hour drive far, like Perugia. Landmarks such as Assisi and Urbino are located, respectively, at about 40Km and 75Km.
Description
The property covers a total area of 125 hectares in a single block, hilly and free on all sides with a panoramic view of the valley. There are four farmhouses to be restored and a fifth pulled down but preset in the land registry. The buildings, distributed throughout the plot, are independent and enjoy all the space and unobstructed view on the borders. One in particular is still equipped with a nineteenth century tower. The estate is crossed by a dirt road that besides connecting the buildings combines the various arable fields. The rest of the estate is made up of whole arable land and on terraces, grazing meadows and woods. The forest is subject to shear batch every 15 years. There are also a perennial source in a particular context and a lake suitable for fishing.
State of repair
The buildings inside the property are to be restored, there is the possibility of constructing new buildings for about 1.700smq.

The property, charming, can be divided up as an object of activity in the body, such as real estate recoveries, wildlife-receptive activities and planting of specific crops.
