Location
Città della Pieve, in the province of Perugia is a small but popular Town in the hills of Umbria and situated in a very quiet area but just as strategic for the roads. A few kilometers in fact there is the railway station of Chiusi - Chianciano Terme, where you can catch many trains for major Italian cities. Also from Chiusi you can get on the motorway where you can reach in just over 1 hour, Rome, going south and Florence in the north. The ski resorts of Mount Amiata are approx. 60km far while the Grosseto beaches are just over 150 km away.

This unique and beautiful property is just 10 minutes walk from the center of Città della Pieve, dating back to the early nineteenth century and is surrounded by a large private park. Carefully restored, respecting its original features, retains all the characteristics of a noble residence. Today the superb entrance and corridors, all frescoed, leading to the rooms and the restaurant area, as well as to accompany us in the beautiful and elegant suites all featured with king size beds, private lounge and bathroom.In the adjacent Limonaia has been created small cozy Citroniére spa offering a Finnish sauna, a turkish bath, a tub pluas a relaxation area.
Outdoor spaces
The Relais is in the middle of a beautiful garden, well cared for and 'picturesque' style, typical of the early nineteenth century, and featured a striking cave and a little but state of the art “crystal palace”, registered in the historic archives, now a massage room. Next to the Relais there is the ancient limonaia, as mentioned transformed into spa, and the new swimming pool.
Potential use
In addition to its use as a prestigious Relais, the property may be ideal as a main residence, for those who want to live in a real palace, worthy of the ancient nobles of Europe, but a few hundred meters from the town.
