The apartments are divided into:
1) 3 rooms without sea view (2 rooms - with two beds, 1 room - with one double bed). They have a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, bath with shower.
2) 21 apartments (10 apartments with sea view, 11 without sea view, city view) with a terrace, with a kitchen area for 2 people + 1 child (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bath with shower).
3) 3 luxury apartments, for 5 people + 1 (two bedrooms and living room), with kitchen area, air conditioning, refrigerator, bath with shower).
There is no restaurant, but there is a possibility to organize a full board or half board in the nearest restaurant for 15 euros and 8 euros per person.
Tivat Airport is 24 km away, Dubrovnik Airport is 24 km away, and the Igalo Spa Center is 700 meters away. Works all year round, Level 4 stars. Excellent rental potential.
