At the moment there are European Union Projects taking place in this area and there is high possibility of getting the funding from EU for whole expansion. Documentation for application takes about 2 months and has to be submitted before 31 Dec 2016, therefore the purchase transaction should be finalised before the end of October 2016, because only the owner can apply for EU funding.
There is also possibility to get the loan for the purchase of this Wellbeing Centre and currently the bank would be happy to give the loan for up to 10 million PLN so it proves that the Centre is worth its money.
The valuation of this Wellbeing Centre done in 2011 is 13 169 726 PLN (polish zloty) and has not changed as per valuation from 2015. The seller is willing to sell it for ONLY 6 500 000 PLN (6.5 million PLN) and may negotiate with serious buyer. The Euro value is estimated as transaction will be in Polish Zloty currency (PLN).
The Wellbeing Centre is free from any finance and all documentation of the seller and the property is complete.
