The apartment is located in the settlement Siva Stena at the beginning of streets Brace Jerkovic.It is completly oriented towards the western side and it is looking at the direction of the settlement Vozdovac, in the width of Voždovac curch.It is about 6 km away from the city center.
Nearby there are five supermarkets from small to the biggest one.Near to the flat there is also a new big shopping center.
Bus lines 18,17, 33, 25 and 26 provide quick and regular relationship with other parts of the city.Not far, there are two tram lines too.
Nearby there are three primary schools, a High School in Vozdovac and Traffic Faculty and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Vozdovac too.
By the health centers in the settlements Brace Jerkovic and Dusanovac it takes only about 20-25 minutes on walk.

The building itself is about ten meters away from the street and at a height of about two meters above street level. Also in the front of the building, on the sidewalk, there is an alley height of 5-6 meters which is excellent stopper of street noise and exhaust fumes . In summer it makes especially good shade.
