Stylishly decorated family pension for sale, located in countryside, near to the most popular spa town in Slovakia (12 km), next to the village, named Okoč.
The villa was built in 2013, with 6 bedrooms on the upper-floor, each with private bathroom and WC. There is also a community hall for circa 25 persons (equipped with TV), infrared sauna, relaxation room, dressing room, 2x shower and toilet, linen storage and a small terrace.

Part of the sale is our detached house, which has a common wall with pension (so it is possible to increase the capacity of pension with installation of attic – for this we have a building permit by the end of 2016, which may be extended). The house had internal restructuring in 2007 (new electrical wires, central heating system, new plumbing, channeling, new isolation, wooden windows and doors). A warehouse-garage building (built in 2010) and a parking space for 5 cars are still parts of the property.
Heating
With fully automated wood pellet boiler (for the pension and the house too), complemented by wood stove in the house and community hall.
Water supply
Own well with a water cleaning equipment, 800 l hot water storage tank (can be heated with 6 solar panels or pellet boiler or electricity)
The buildings in the property, owing to the proper orientation don’t overheat in summer, so you don’t have to solve the cooling with expensive air-conditioning system.
The buildings are on a gated property of 9449 square meters. You can find an ornamental garden in the front part, a swing, trampoline, slide, sand box, grill in the rear part. You have more opportunities to expansion in the rear part, like fruit trees installation, place a pond or swimming pool.
