The apartment building located in Sahrayicedid which is the most prestigous region of Kadikoy which is the most prestigous town of Istanbul which is the most prestigous city in Turkey.
There are a lot of banks, restaurants, cafes, parks, schools, fitness centers and one hospital within a walking distance.

The apartment located on the ground floor of the building. There are 15 floors in the building. Below the apartment is empty which means your child can play basketball etc. in the apartment without disturbing anyone. (My child has played very much)
In the garden there are lots of trees and flowers and also you can park your car.
The heating system is the central heating. There are two automatic elevators (which will be probably never used by you). You pay 200,- TL for monthly dues (including heating, electric, employee's salary, maintenance of the elevators etc.)
There are four steps to enter the building and also a ramp for handicapped people, shopping cart or stroller etc.
There are total 3 rooms (1 bedroom, 1 child room, 1 computer room), 1 saloon (which is used as the living room), 2 balconies (which have PVC windows so that you can sit there in winter time, too), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 small room (which can be used as the second bathroom after modification) and a hall.
The floor of kitchen, hall and the bathroom is tile and the rest is parquet.
I live in the apartment with my family, after the sale I will move. So you can start to live or rent it.
