In the property of 800 m2, there are is a net useful space of 303 m2 divided in 4 houses. Below are some details for each house in the Big Forest House Property.

House A
has a total of 120 m2 useful space with stairs from outside, with 50cm thick wall build from rocks and concrete in the ground floor and the first floor is built with bricks.


House A

House A – Kitchen Entrance
Groundfloor (60 m2) is reserved for a restaurant (40 m2) – ready for 40 guests and complete equipped professional kitchen (20m2) with direct serving to the restaurant.

First floor (60 m2): 5 rooms can host 10 – 20 people + 5 extra

In the rooms, there are 2 double beds with the option to have an additional 1 sliding bed.

1 of the rooms, the smallest one can be rearranged to be toilet if there is a need of that in the future.

All rooms have windows, separate key, and floor key. The walls and ceiling are covered with wooden tiles, and the floor is made of laminate.

Under the stairs that lead to the first floor, there is an option for diesel aggregate to be installed if there is need of that.

House B
has a total of 62 m2 useful space with stairs from outside, with 50cm thick wall build from rocks and concrete from the bottom to top.

House B – First-floor entrance
Groundfloor (31 m2) 1 big room, can host 8 + 4 extra guests, on 4 double beds, with an additional sliding bed.

First floor (60 m2): 1 big room, can host 8 + 4 extra guests, on 4 double beds, with an additional sliding bed.

In front of the house, there is a big awning with options to have 6 tables with 4 chairs each in a total of 24 people to relax.

House C
The long House C has 4 apartments of 13 m2, with wall build of rocks and concrete and thickness of 50cm. Each apartment can accommodate 4 + 1 extra guest, with metal door and window, wooden ceiling, and laminate floor. Each room is equipped with 2 double beds with an extra sliding bed.

Toilets
A separate house divided into 2 parts one is a toilet for guests, and the other part is a toilet for staff and garage.



Toilet for women (15 m2) and man (15 m2) are completely equipped and build with rocks and concrete walls with a thickness of 50cm just like the other part of the house where a 9 m2 toilet for the staff also fully equipped. The garage (12 m2) can be used for car parking or to be a workshop for the staff members.

This is the biggest possible house, with a width of 3m and a length of 36m. This awning can be used as a restaurant terrace, can be used partially for rooms and partially for the restaurant terrace or can be transformed into rooms and to get extra accommodation capacity.
