Luxury villa with swimming pool and unlimited view!
This 80m2 villa, built in 2007, is on a plot of 754m2 located at Kolymbari area, on the northwest coastline.
The two-floor villa is fully furnished. The ground floor consists of an illuminated kitchen and a spacious living room and a guest's WC. They are all fully equipped with electrical units (smart TV, air-condition, refrigerator, stove, etc).
There are two balcony doors, one at the living room that leads directly to the main yard and the swimming pool.
The other balcony door is in the kitchen area and leads to the other side of the property. There's also a very cute wooden storage room in the garden.
The second floor is composed of two bright bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.
Both of them are furnished and have private balconies with amazing land view.
The first bedroom includes one double bed and two small bedside tables.
Two small windows at the head on the bed and a balcony door make sure sunlight streams uninterruptedly into the rooms. It has unlimited pool and mountain view.
The second bedroom includes two single beds and a wardrobe and is flooded with sunlight during the morning hours.
The outdoor has a parking zone and landscaping all around the building with olive trees with extra virgin olives.
Kolymbari is a waterfront village 23 km west of Chania, with a long, pebble beach which has been attracting those after a quiet, family holiday destination.
There are several tavernas serving seafood and traditional meat dishes. Cafes and bars can be found too, but if you’re looking for crowded spots then you should head for Platanias or Chania. Access to convenience stores, as well as post office and bank services is immediate.
While staying in Kolymbari you can visit (by boat) the north-eastern edge of Rodopou peninsula where one can see the ruins of the ancient town Dyktinna, the Gramvousa island with the castle on the top, and Balos beach which is also accessible on foot. You’re also really close to Falasarna and Balos beaches which are regarded as two of the purest beaches of Crete. The famous Elafonisi beach is also rather close, not more than an hour drive.
The commercial port in Souda is about 20 minutes away and the distance from the Chania international airport is 39 km, with the taxi fare being approximately 30 euros. Buses to and from Chania run frequently.
