Hacienda Muzarine is located on the central Istria hills, specifically between Borut, Hum and Lupoglav. According to the sales contract from the 80's, it's surface area is 83294 m2. The land is divided into 31 parcels interconnected in a unique natural environment. I'ts plots consist of building land, forests, vineyards, orchards, pastures and meadows. The estate is covered with forests and it's divided by a white road to two municipalities, Hum (number 172) and Lesišćina municipality (number 106 and 178). The estate is paved with a paved road joining the Istrian yacht. A kilometer before the estate, the asphalt road turns into a white road that is suitable for the passage of all types of vehicles inluding luxuries ones. Via the fast road, Opatija and Rijeka are reachable in 25 minutes while other Istrian coast towns are reachable in about 45 minutes.
