Põlma windmill which is under national heritage and with a long and interesting history is for sale (monument register nr: 15297).

Põlma windmill belonged to the complex of powerful Dutch style Järvakandi manor. The windmill is built in the 19th century and is largely preserved and partially restored.
The six-storey mill building area is 293 m² and a net area of 455.9 m², there is electricity, water supply and canalization.

The surroundings are nice and organized and a young orchard has also been planted. The original well has also been preserved.

An asphalt road goes to the mill and the spacious parking area in front of the mill has also been asphalted.

The mill is located at an intersection of winds, and is open to the sun. This means that both solar and wind energy are viable energy sources.

The property consists of two separate cadastral units which comprises woodland, natural grasslands and arable land.
A restaurant used to operate in the mill for a long time and at the moment the interior decoration needs renewal.

The mill can be restored to provide both or either catering and accommodation. It is possible to make use of all the floors of the mill as the stairs have been constructed in a way which makes it easy to restore those floors as fitting for accommodation or relaxation.

The nearby boiler building has been reconstructed as a stylish function-complex with 2 large fireplace rooms, Finnish and steam saunas, resting- and washing rooms and toilets. A lot of wood, original forged elements and natural stone have been used while decorating the rooms.
