A beautiful land on the outskirts of Vourliotes, Samos, one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages in the area.

The land includes 130 olive trees and a small traditional home, with great panoramic view of sea and mountain. The building has all the necessary amenities, such as electricity, water and available network for a phone line.
The plot is divided into two parts; the first, that includes the small house, is 900 sq.m. big and the second, that includes the trees, is 4250 sq.m., and the building permit allows the owner to build in both parts of the plot.
The house was built in the 1960s and has four small rooms. There are beds, a dining table and chairs and a refrigerator and a small bathroom.
Even though the land is not in the village center, it's close enough to walk there. The village is small, but with all kinds of stores for supplies or entertainment.
The view is amazing; it combines mountain and sea view in a quiet area with only a few summer houses nearby. The people in the area are kind and always willing to give a helping hand, faithful to the concept of Greek hospitality.
