The Hotel is located in Nea Hora district of Chania and offers views to the sea. It consists of 8 2-room apartments (1 penthouse with roof-terrace), 5 studio apartments (1 penthouse with roof terrace) and 2 two bedroom apartments. All the rooms have got a balcony and was refurbished during 2015-2017 with new bathrooms with underfloor heating.
There are totally 37 beds and licensed to have another 13 extra beds. A new elevator was put in 2018. A shared lounge, garden, library and a conference room that seats 25 people are also featured at the venue.
Anything in-between Nea Chora beach and the picturesque Venetian Harbor, including the beach and local tavernas, bars and cafés can be reached in 5 minutes’ walk tops. The city center is 10 minutes’ walk. The hotel is currently operating and holds a superb 9.1 review score on booking.com, with 130.000 € revenue during 2019.
