The apartment is 125 m2 (1346 ft2) big and is located in the 12th district of Budapest, in `Buda`, on the right side of the Danube. Buda is known as the historical centre of the city. The 12th district counts as the green belt of Budapest, home to luxorious houses and prestigous real estates.
Next to the building there`s a big park - so the environment is mainly quiet. An important transport hub is only 5 minutes of walking distance away, where several buses and trams stop and so does the subway line 2 which takes you directly to the city centre.
The flat is on the second floor of an apartment building. It`s quite big with 4 large bedrooms, a dining hall, kitchen, a balcony, and a bathroom. There`s also an additional storage room in the basement. The inner height is about 3,6 m (12 ft).
The windows are really big so the sunlight always comes in thus making the whole flat really bright and sunny. The apartement has been refurbished a few years ago and is accordingly in great shape.
