Отдельный дом в Сироло

Absorbed in the quiet of the beautiful, as well as guarded landscape of the Conero Regional Park, far from the chaos of the city, completely integrated into the surrounding environment and with breathtaking views of the sea, is placed a beautiful estate that, for its original architectural stylistic content, even enhances the natural context in which it is included.
The residential unit is characterized by the construction by typical Conero stone where, among other facilities, has been created a large terrace that allows outdoor conviviality in the beautiful season, preferably eating dishes cooked in the wood-burning oven of the property.
The originality of the villa's beautiful garden, designed by the famous architect Paghera, testifies his creativity, applied to the experience and expertise of more than 150 years of activity and 5 generations of nursery gardeners.
The property is completed by 7 hectares of Rosso Conero vineyard, annually vinifyed with excellent quality by the Moncaro winery company
