Located in the Bay of Kotor, this charming cottage of 55 m² has a unique location, in first line of the sea.

It lies in the bay of the fishing village of Bjelila, which is bathed by the purest waters of Kotor Bay, due to the many natural springs flowing into this unique place.

The terrace of 50 m², equipped with an outdoor shower, gives direct access to the sea; the terrace is strictly private and access is restricted to the occupants of the house. The adjacent pontoon (30 m²) is also private.

The house is fully equipped and air conditioned:

– On the ground floor there is a living room with a large sofa, a large dining table that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin and toilet. The large bay window overlooks the terrace and offers exceptional views of Bjelila Bay

– On the first floor there is a bathroom with toilet and sink to complete the bathroom on the ground floor. Also 2 bedrooms, each with a 160×200 bed. The first bedroom has a dressing room and the second bedroom a large wall cabinet.

The 2 bedrooms open onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of Bjelila Bay.

The only 18-hole golf course in Montenegro, which will be completed by the summer of 2019, is just few minutes away.
