Nehoiu Residence offers for sale several types of turnkey appartments – one-bedroom apartments (two rooms) and two-bedroom apartments (three rooms) in one of the most important touristical areas in Romania (Buzau county), only 140 km away from Bucharest and in the immediate vicinity of Prahova Valley, the major hub for mountaineers and winter sports practitioners.

Our ensemble abides by the three principles of our company related to constructions, namely safety, comfort and zero compromises.

Each type of apartment has been carefully thought out in order to maximize comfort. Therefore, the surfaces and especially the height of the rooms are well above the market average. Turnkey, the height of each room is set at 3.05 m.

Our apartments are designed in such a way as to correspond to the most demanding needs of comfort and safety. Each housing unit benefits from an electronic control and command system, both voice command on the spot as well as remote control, via mobile phone, thus enabling the ability to control almost all electrical and electronic devices, from sockets to audio-TV devices or blinds and curtains.

Each unit is sold completely finished, the finishes and endowments being the following: ceramic wall and floor tiles, exterior metal door and interior doors (cellular), Gealan carpentry with Winkhaus brand hardware, plumbing from Herz, central heating.

- type B apartment: 50250 euro + VAT, 57 sqm
- type D: 47250 euros + VAT, 55 sqm
- type F: 45750 euros + VAT, 50 sqm

Prices for three-room apartments:

- type C: 62250 euros + VAT, 65.2 sqm
- type E apartment: 63000 euros + VAT, 64.6 sqm
