Вилла в Бенитал

This is a luxury new build villa on Cumbre del Sol with fantastic sea views. There is a large spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a modern American kitchen. From the lounge there are large floor to ceiling doors which slide into the wall that lead out to the terrace with an infinity pool an fabulous sea views. The positioning of this house is perfect as its views are not interrupted by the properties below. Back inside the house there is a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms including one ensuite bathroom. There are also some stairs on the terrace that lead down to an open, interior space which would allow the owner of this property to renovate and create a seperate self sustaining apartment. The property is heated by unfloor heating and there is a pre-installation for air conditioning. This villa really is a must see and viewings for this property are highly recommended!!!
