Magnificent Finca in Jávea next to the Montgo. The Finca/Villa of 500 m2 is build on a Huge plot of nearly 4000 m2. The location of the property is great, because it is just outside the old town and busy part of Jávea you have a lot of privacy. The views onto the Montgó are amazing and really create the feeling you live on a mountain. The Villa consists 7 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms (and 2 wet rooms), a lovely lounge, large and fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area. It also has a fully equipped and complete gym and a space for pilates. Next door there is the big indoor heated pool. Outside is a very big and deep pool and a large terrace. The whole property is wheel-chair friendly and one level. The Villa was very successful (and for rentals) as a fitness well being retreat by husband and wife team for 5 years but closed for personal reasons.
