The house was upgraded and restored in 1756. The smaller house was originally built in 1756. In 2009, both houses were renovated externally according to the Conservatory Office's guidelines in Zadar. The interior needs to be completed, with the renovation of the larger house being partially completed. Wall / solar heating installation was also started.
Both buildings consist of ground floor and floor with stone baladers. South side terace is 14 sq.m and north side veranda is 40 sq.m. For older facility was used Istrian stone from Kanfanar which was shipped in the 15th century, and for smaller building used local stone from Silba. The windows and shingles are wooden, made from Larch wood and mostly renovated or replaced depending on the need. Proximity to sea is 370 meters, and houses are located centrally in the village of Silba. The front yard is bordered by a typical stone wall. The houses have two new water tanks with a capacity of 75 cubic m. Additionally on land plot are two location for water wells with water on 14 and 18 m depth.
