This typical and very characteristic for South Italian villages house is located in a picturesque place called Joppolo on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria. The house is free from three sides and has a common wall with a neighbors house, which is not noticeable at all. The house is built on two levels, on the second floor only a small attic room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views. On the first floor there are two bedrooms of two, two bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, two closets cupboards. In front of the house there is a porch. The total living space is 90 square meters. There is also a garden about 70 m2. The location of the house is very favorable, it is located on an elevation, thus ensuring a truly spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf, the Strait of Messina, the Aeolian Islands. There is a gate where a car can drive directly to the house, and there is a staircase for young people :-). To make the house habitable, some work needs to be done. The costs can amount to 30 000 - 40 000 euro. The house is 4km from the sea and the promenade of Joppolo. The most beautiful towns on this coast - Tropea, Capo Vaticano are only 15-20 minutes drive away.
