Location

The property is located in the most exclusive and prestigious part of the historical center of Montepulciano, Town of Renaissance origin, in the district of Siena, characterized by Prestigious Palaces, Churches Beautiful, lovely alleys. It is very famous for its beauties and for the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine. From Montepulciano can be reached with ease feature Town of Pienza, Cortona and the unique and charming Val d'Orcia. It also enjoys the proximity of the main traffic routes: the highway exit Val di Chiana, A1, is located only 16 km from the Chiusi train station about 25 km away and the airport of Perugia in about one hour by car, and the Florence about 120 km. Other points of interest in the immediate vicinity of Montepulciano are Lake Trasimeno which is reached in about 40 minutes, Siena, Florence and about 66 km to about 113 km.

Description

The manor house is about 250sqm in total and is spread on two levels, divided into living area on the ground floor and night quarters on the first floor. At the entrance you are greeted by the large living room with fireplace and then meet, the large equipped kitchen, a study, a large room that could be used as a double bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice terrace. In the property there are two other buildings, the first is an outbuilding / caretaker's house of about 40sqm, to be finished, with a living area with fireplace and kitchenette, a bathroom and a studio with a loft for sleeping.
