Вилла в Олива

Neat villa in a tranquil and sunny location with fantastic sea views. This description is from the current owner! Our Moorish-style villa is situated in La Font d’en Carros within the Urbanisation of Tossal Gros (185 m above sea level). Living area approx. 100 sqm. Plot size approx. 500 sqm. The house has four bright rooms (two bedrooms, one living room and a dining room). Furthermore there is a glassed-in balcony (heatable) with stunning and unique views of the sea (more is not possible), Gandia, other towns, the orange groves and the 841 m high Monduver and a small mountain ruin (Le Rebollet d’en Carros). This detached villa is in good condition, also bathed in sunlight during the wintertime, was built in 1999 on a plot of easy maintenance, where the Moorish cultivated the ground in terraces about 800 years ago. The garden has been landscaped with a lot of bloomy plants as well as palm trees, roses, lemon trees, cactus, cypresses and much more. The property has a gas central heating, telephone line, SAT-T.V. and an alarm system. There is a pool that is shared with three friendly German neighbours (they do not live there permanently). Benefit: low costs. The house consists of two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub, another one with shower and a connection for the washing machine. The kitchen painted in white: Fitted with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a lot of storage space. The property is uniformly tiled in white and has roughcast. The furnishing can be taken over. I also offer an all-terrain vehicle (Suzuki, Grand Vitara with Spanish number plate/ car license). The price of the car has to be negotiated separately. There is a parking space with awning that is currently used as a large sun terrace. There also belongs to the property a basement, a summer kitchen with electric stove and fridge, walled-in kitchen cupboards that are lockable and utility rooms. Most of the windows have mosquito blinds. The villa is ideal for a couple that likes to invite their children and grandchildren to offer them a unforgettable holiday.features:further information:
